Thom specializes in branding strategy, marketing insight
and embarrassing all challengers on the tennis court.
Since founding the agency in 1982 with his wife, Jeannine, Thom has successfully merged his extracurricular interests with his profession. It is no coincidence that he was a junior high softball coach for 20 years; it takes a good coach to bring out the talents of young marketers as much as aspiring softball players.
Thom's professional passion is branding, followed closely by writing. He puts both of these skills to work as a frequent blogger and occasional speaker on marketing communications. Throughout his career, he has worked with many major brands including McDonald’s, Wheel Horse, Ralston Purina, Coachmen, Holiday Rambler, the University of Notre Dame and many others. A native of Cincinnati, he graduated with a degree in English and Communications from the University of Dayton. The father of two grown children and "grandpa" to three amazing grandkids, Thom also enjoys photography, playing tennis and following other sports, and reading.
