Holy Cross College Situation
This traditional two-year Catholic College was transitioning into a campus with emphasis on a new baccalaureate program and was looking for a new brand identity prior to the launch of an integrated marketing campaign.

Villing Solution
Using extensive qualitative and quantitative research from interviews with high school students, Holy Cross students and alumni, Villing created a new brand strategy including a new theme, Prepare for the Possibilities, a new Web site, advertising and recruitment materials. Shortly after the launch, the admission related features of the Web site were evaluated by the National Research Center for College & University Admissions. The site was ranked 1st among community colleges nationwide, 6th among Catholic universities and 8th among all Midwest universities.
