When the South Bend Clinic was set to launch their new telehealth service, Villing+Co was top of their partner list. Having built a solid relationship over the course of 15 years, we were extremely familiar with the Clinic and uniquely poised to jump in without a steep learning curve.

The first order of business was to create a name. Driven by Villing’s research, the name DocIN was recommended and ultimately chosen. The next step was the development of a visual identity beginning with a logo and brand standards. Simultaneously, a branded look and voice for the new service was created – one that stayed within with the Clinic’s established guidelines yet gave DocIN its own personality and appeal.

Villing+Co worked closely with the Clinic’s marketing team to determine the best course of action for building the brand and raising awareness within an accelerated timeline. Public relations, print and digital advertising, television and social media all played vital roles in making the launch a huge, well-received success. Data from the first six weeks of service showed the total number of virtual visits exceeding 10,000 with an ROI of 700+%.
