When the South Bend Clinic began planning for their 100th anniversary in 2016, they came to Villing & Company to help them communicate their value proposition to the local market. Given the challenges of heavy competition in the area, we knew it was important for this campaign to make an emotional connection with Michiana residents. From that came the brand message "A lifetime of care. A century of caring." This was communicated through a 12-month media schedule of television, outdoor, digital and print. By the third month of the campaign, the Clinic’s website saw a 25 percent increase in total users compared to the prior year.
