Marketing a new service can be a challenge. Marketing it during a pandemic can be formidable. But when that service is invaluable, getting the word out is a necessity. As COVID-19 hit the community, the Clinic needed to fast-track the marketing of their recently developed tele-health service, DocIN. Villing+Company worked closely with the Clinic’s marketing team to determine the best course of action to create the program’s identity and build awareness within an accelerated timeline, utilizing media that would be effective during statewide, stay-at-home orders.
